Duties and Responsibilities:
- Medical and Administrative Supervision:
- Manage all daily operations of the Home Nursing Care Department.
- Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards.
- Review and develop the department’s operational policies and procedures.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Communicate with nurses to ensure effective execution of operational tasks.
- Assign tasks and schedule patient visits based on their needs and the nursing team’s expertise.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure integrated services are provided.
- Evaluation and Monitoring:
- Monitor the performance of the nursing team and conduct regular evaluations.
- Address and resolve patient and nurse complaints promptly and effectively.
- Follow up on patient reports to ensure the quality of care provided.
- Oversee procurement and maintenance requests related to home care services.
- Organize work schedules and annual leave plans for nurses.
- Introduce initiatives to enhance the quality of services provided to patients.
- Train the nursing team on new medical and administrative skills.
- Professionally and courteously interact with patients and their families to explain treatment plans and address inquiries.
- Prepare periodic reports for senior management on the department’s performance and needs.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in General Medicine (MBBS).
- Valid medical practice license in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the medical field, preferably in managing nursing teams or home care services.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse groups.
- Ability to make quick decisions and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
