🔹 Expertise: Proven track record in managing mega projects and ensuring sustainable profits.
🔹 Contracts & Tenders: Strong experience in handling government & private sector contracts.
🔹 Leadership & Strategy: Exceptional skills in team management and strategic planning.
🔹 Technology & Operations: Deep knowledge of the latest facility management technologies.
🔹 Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic (spoken and written).
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
🎓 Professional certifications (IFMA, PMP, FM) are a plus.
