• Analyze financial reports and implement cost-saving measures.

Sales and Marketing:

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
• Build strong client relationships and explore new markets for aluminum, plastics, and metal products.

Team Development:

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing leadership team.

Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector, preferably in building materials.
• Strong understanding of aluminum, plastics, and metal product manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
