Job Summary:

The General Manager (GM) will lead the strategic and operational direction of the company’s lab systems division will leverage their expertise in analytical laboratory equipment, biotechnology, and industrial instruments to drive growth and enhance market position. This position requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with deep industry knowledge and a strong ability to manage sales teams, optimize customer relations, and spearhead business development initiatives. The GM will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering revenue growth throughout the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Life Sciences; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 15 years in the laboratory equipment, biotechnology, or industrial instruments sector, with at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership position.

Industry Knowledge: Strong experience in analytical laboratory equipment, biotechnology, and life sciences technologies, with a thorough understanding of market dynamics

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, and motivate teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in driving sales, meeting targets, and growing market share in the laboratory equipment industry.

Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of laboratory systems and technologies, including their installation, support, and maintenance.
