Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges, etc.).
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events as needed.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Coordinate with building management regarding maintenance issues or requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Standard working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
