Description:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to serve as a Front Desk Executive cum Data Analyst. This role combines front desk responsibilities with analytical tasks to support the organization’s operational and data-driven needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties:
*Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
*Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, routing them to the appropriate personnel.
*Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and overseeing office supplies.
*Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
*Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Data Analyst Duties:
*Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions and reporting.
*Prepare and present accurate reports, charts, and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
*Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
*Collaborate with various departments to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
*Conduct data quality checks and resolve discrepancies.
*Support strategic projects by providing data-driven recommendations.
Education and Experience:
*Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
*Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or data analytics role is an advantage.
*Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
*Basic understanding of database management systems and query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
*Familiarity with CRM or ERP software is an added benefit.
