Description:

We seek an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in acquiring IT projects and clients across our key markets. The ideal candidate will leverage their network and expertise to bring new opportunities in Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Cybersecurity, Microsoft, AI, and other emerging technologies.

Candidates with ongoing projects, potential client pipelines, or existing jobs are highly preferred. However, we also welcome applications from professionals eager to develop business and support existing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure IT service projects in key regions: Europe, the US, India, and GCC.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and IT leaders to generate business.
  • Drive sales strategies for IT solutions, including ERP, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI-driven services.
  • Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support and expand existing client accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive strategic growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in IT project sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong network and client relationships in Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Cybersecurity, Microsoft, AI and more
  • Ability to close deals, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
  • Existing projects or client pipelines are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in a team.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones to engage with international clients.
