Food Safety Specialist

 

Description:

1. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards at all stages of production.

2. Implement and maintain food safety systems such as HACCP and ISO 22000 across departments, monitoring critical control points.

3. Review and update quality records and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary.

4. Develop and lead training programs to raise awareness on food safety practices and proper handling of food products among staff.

5. Coordinate with production and quality teams to drive continuous improvements in processes related to food safety and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food safety, preferably within the bakery industry.

• Certified qualifications in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).

• In-depth knowledge of local and international food safety regulations.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide training and support to staff.
