Experience from the 4 and 5 star property is a must.
- Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage service staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage staffing levels to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensure that guests receive excellent service and address any customer concerns or complaints.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, or catering services.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
- Address any issues related to food quality or service efficiency.
- Assist in budget planning and control expenses to meet financial targets.
- Monitor sales and revenue and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, or catering services.
- Ensure proper planning and execution of events to meet customer expectations.
