Fitout - Project Manager

Eleganica Arabia part of Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C is looking for a Fitout Project Manager.

The Fitout Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fit out projects from concept to completion. The position holder will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position will manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that project objectives are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle. Ensures the full responsibility of Project Management areas: Human Resource Management, Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, Subcontract and Material Procurement, System Assembly, Material Engineering and Design Management.

Other Responsibilities Include

• In-charge of a specific project or projects within a company.
• Plans, budget, overseas, and documents all aspects of the specific project working on.
• Works closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
• In-charge of a team to get the job done.
• Overall plans, coordinates, and controls of a project from beginning to completion. Construction management is aimed at meeting a client's requirement in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project.
• Develops the project program consistent with contracted constraints and team management.
• Resource loads the plan and publish summations of all requirements.
• Strategizes major project activities utilizing experience, consultant coordination and technology.

Main areas of expertise should include:

• Knowledge of project or construction management and supervision mainly for fitout.
• Knowledge of computers and leading-edge building management tools. Knowledge of Business Accounting.
• Knowledge of Contracts development & administration
• Performance in quality and time management of the project.
• Awareness & sensitivity to project cost control and profitability.
• Technically knowledgeable in design and building construction systems.
• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
