Description:

We seek a skilled and experienced Financial Model Expert to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building, analyzing, and refining financial models for real estate projects, providing insights that drive critical business decisions.

Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and maintain robust financial models for real estate projects.
Conduct feasibility studies, risk analysis, and valuations for investment opportunities.
Analyze complex financial data and create forecasts, budgets, and cash flow models.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate inputs and assumptions for financial models.
Provide detailed insights and recommendations based on model outputs to assist in decision-making.
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for stakeholders, including financial summaries and investment analyses.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in financial modeling practices.
Monitor and update models based on project progress, market changes, and feedback.

Requirements:
Must possess the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI).
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as CA or ACCA are highly preferred.
3-5 years of experience in financial modeling, specifically in the Real Estate sector.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, macros, and scenario analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial concepts such as IRR, NPV, ROI, and DCF modeling.
Experience with financial planning software is a plus.
Must be immediately available to join.
