Financial Manager

Description:

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Build and manage the preparation of comprehensive budgets, financial models, forecasts, cash flow analyses, and other finance reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Financial Reporting: Review the company’s financial statements to ensure their accuracy and completeness. Prepare detailed month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Budget Management: Forecast future financial performance, prepare and review budgets, and analyze variances to assist in long-term planning.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure strict compliance with government regulations and internal policies. Proactively identify and address potential financial risks.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance department, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all financial activities.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and financial reporting.
• Capital Structure Management: Control and evaluate the organization’s capital structure, ensuring optimal financial health and sustainability.
• Audit and Policy Compliance: Coordinate audit processes and ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies and procedures.
• Revenue Management: Ensure that all services and programs are appropriately accounted for and align with the organization’s revenue targets.
