We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in financial analysis, particularly within the real estate industry, to support strategic decision-making and deliver valuable insights.

Job Details:

Industry: Real Estate (Relevant experience is mandatory)

Certification: Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) Certification from CFI is required

Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant financial analysis role

Availability: Must be immediately available to join

Iqama: Transferable Iqama is required for this role

Education: ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification

Employment Terms:

Contract Duration: 6 months fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Budget: Competitive salary of SAR 15,000 per month.

Work Environment: Onsite role based at the client’s office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex financial models to support strategic decision-making and conduct in-depth real estate investments, projects, and portfolio analysis.
• Perform valuations of real estate assets using industry-standard techniques and prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
• Analyze investment opportunities and provide recommendations based on risk, return, and market dynamics, while monitoring real estate market trends, economic factors, and competitive benchmarks to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and senior leadership, to provide financial insights and ensure smooth project execution. Support the preparation of budgets, cash flow projections, and other financial plans.
• Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various business decisions and propose actionable insights.
