Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately using accounting software.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
Financial Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Generate financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate recording of all banking transactions.
Tax Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
- Stay informed about changes in tax regulations relevant to the organization.
Financial Analysis:
- Provide basic financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in budget monitoring and variance analysis.
Audit Support:
- Support both internal and external audit processes.
- Prepare relevant documentation and respond to audit inquires.
Ideal Candidate: -
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Saudi citizenship.
