Description:
Responsibilities and tasks:
• Action general day-to-day Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables duties.
• Oversee BSP IATA systems and tasks, including BSP link and billing cycles in accordance with
regional IATA criteria.
• Raise invoices and collect payments. Receive invoices and process payments. Monitor, record
and reconcile all transactions accordingly.
• Handle intercompany invoicing and recharges as required.
• Coordinate processes for internal spending on Company Credit Cards and Expenses Claims.
• Manage company-aged debt, liaising with clients and suppliers as appropriate.
• Complete periodic accounting activities, including daily, weekly, monthly, and year-end
processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets and forecasts to support business
objectives.
• Analyse Company finances and provide recommendations to optimise financial performance.
• Produce reports for commercial and business insights and prepare analysis as requested to
support strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with leaders and senior management to create cash-flow planning, forecast
projections and divisional budgets.
• Monitor budgets, provide cost-control measures and cash-flow improvements and guide
efficient resource allocations.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, advisors, tax authorities and other Government or regulatory
bodies as necessary.
• Ensure and advise on compliance for relevant local Finance standards and regulations and stay
up to date with KSA accounting policies and laws to comply with all legal obligations.
• Conduct regular checks to identify, mitigate and minimise risks through internal controls,
policies and procedures, and address any discrepancies or issues immediately.
• Respond to requests and queries and assist all stakeholders with query resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance colleagues across TAG global offices.
• Assist with developing, preparing and testing new software and system implementations.
• Bring any significant concerns to the immediate attention of the TAG KSA General Manager
and Chief Financial Officer.
• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Required
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance management within the travel/airline industry
• Education to Degree level or higher
• Experienced bilingualist in English and Arabic
• Extensive knowledge of Saudi Arabian finance practices, taxation policies and regulatory
requirements
• Comprehensive working use of financial management software and strong financial analysis
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Proven record of working in a fast-paced environment
