Finance Project Manager

Description:

· Provide financial and project management support to the Senior Project Manager Support multi- project plan to track key milestones and mitigate risks Proactively support the review of the current state of group legal entities. Monitor project status and project life cycle in line with the approved timeline.

· Update and track delayed projects and provide visibility.

· Classify projects based from strategic and operational point view.

· Write, review and update visibility study/business case of projects .

· Conduct IRR and NPV/ return on investment calculation for each project and each portfolio.

· Linking Budget planning to demand planning and building the business case .

· Return on investment.

· Manage net return of projects.

· Share dashboard of project updates different parameters .

· Help drive decision making on project priorities and link to the business demand and bank strategic gaols .

· Support with key presentations and management information for senior stakeholders

· Support in automating project tracking tools and enhance it .

· Automate all project status and ROI report .

· Be responsible for tracking projects against forecasted outcomes on an ongoing basis

· Work with international finance teams to ensure step plans are executed in line with project plans including issue tracking and resolution

· Be open minded when identifying where projects are at to ensure you can link in with other Project Managers across multiple workstreams

Person specification :

· Qualified or part-qualified accountant.

· Strong understanding of finance and track record of financial analysis

· Strong project management skills and experience of tracking key milestones

· Good excel skills and ability to interpret financial data and make judgment calls

· Ability to understand balance sheets to help inform decision making

· Comfortable using power BI

· Great people skills, able to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholder levels and backgrounds.

· Can build relationships quickly across international remit Can evidence track record of working on own initiative to ensure project management is delivered successfully.
