Description:
The main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
- Leading the financial planning process and providing leadership to the team.
- Producing financial reports.
- Providing business and financial guidance to the team to ensure that operational results are achieved.
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
- Monitor and recommend improvements to achieve company financial goals.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ Finance. An MBA or CPA is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years' financial management experience of which 3+ years' experience managing a team. Preferably previous work experience in a multicultural international environment abroad.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Accounting Software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- An analytical mind and technical competency.
