Finance Director

Description:

• all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
• analyze, and report the financial performance to Management and the Board of Directors (financial performance, projections, and other special projects as required).
• short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
• a robust contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
• and lead annual budgeting and planning; administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and keep the senior leadership team abreast of the organization’s financial status.
• and classify risks and investments to determine their potential impacts on companies.
• financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures, and investment activities, and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets, and other financial control functions.
• procedures for custody and control of assets, records, loan collateral, and securities, to ensure safekeeping and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices.
