Description:
-On-site technical support for analysis, troubleshooting, services and repairing activities.
-Remote technical support (telephone or with Service Tool).
-Technical inspections.
-Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
-Interface with Service Italia and other business functions for trouble shooting
Compilation and sending of technical reports.
-Technical-commercial advice to customer in order to generate new sales opportunities (maintenance contracts, recommended spare parts kits)
Required qualifications:
Flexibility and availability to travel along KSA.
Understanding of the technical drawing.
Reading hydraulic and electrical diagrams.
Knowledge office package.
Communication and relational skills.
Problem-solving skills.
Positive and analytical approach.
Ability to work under stress.
Good communication skills in English (speaking and writing).
