Job Description:

  • Daily Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to potential and existing customers to understand their needs and promote company products/services.
  • Maintaining Sales Logs: Keep detailed records of sales activities, including visits, calls, emails, and meetings, in a structured manner for reporting and analysis.
  • Generating Leads: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other proactive methods to expand the customer base.
  • Meeting Visit and Revenue Targets: Set and achieve sales targets related to customer visits, revenue generation, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) as outlined by the sales management team.
  • Coordinating with Pre-sales: Collaborate with the pre-sales team to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to deal closure, providing necessary support and information as required.
  • Handling Collections: Follow up on payments, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely collection of dues from customers in coordination with the finance and accounts department.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Sales Experience
  • Good communication
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
