Prepare and ensure availability of SPIR/SPDP of assigned projects.
Work closely with Commercial Operation AM leader assigned to the specific site to make sure submitted SPIRs/SPDP are consistent with company commercial strategy and duly approved by all stakeholders.
Update prices upon needs
Ensure availability of BOMs and relevant documents from OE scope of supply.
Identify inconsistencies/missing information and develop plan to get required details. Documentation will include (but will not be limited to): MDB, Contracts, submitted SPIRs, drawings, Data sheets, Test reports, as built BOMs, IOM, suppliers details and documentation).
Work with Sales to define parts selling strategy in assigned site.
Work with Sales to define parts to be purchased comparing recommended spares vs what already available/purchased.
Review customer spare parts inventory:
Highlight duplicate components
Work on parts interchangeability
Identify gaps in critical equipment & ensure correct components/quantities are stocked
Join meetings (preparation and status review) arranged by comm ops AM leader.
