Job Summary & Responsibilities:
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Install and configure Windows 2012 and above, Linux servers on both Hyper-V Virtual and physical environment.
- Cloud Server Management. Managing and monitoring a cloud Server’s.
- Responsible for managing virtual machines using VMware ESXi VMware vCenter Server. Experience in configuring VMware vSphere, vSphere Networking, vSphere Storage, Virtual Machine Management
- Configure and maintain TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- Implement IP address Management.
- Responsible for managing monitoring and troubleshooting of exchange servers 2013 and above.
- Manage and monitor email gateway.
- Email server migrations.
- Independently handle of network devices.
- Installation, configuration, and monitor of network devices such as routers, switches.
- Configure static and dynamic route protocols.
- Monitoring network usage SNMP base protocol. Perform backup of network devices.
- Experience in backup software like VERITAS and VEEAM to backup virtual machines
- Day-to-day operations of managing the enterprises network
- Hardware and software deployment and upgrades, network configuration and setup.
- Network administration, monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, configuration and change management, and capacity planning.
- Perform a wide range of network administration duties including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades, and general support for Cisco, Palo Alto, F5 and other Network equipment, & assist in the configuration and deployment of core and peripheral network devices, which will require continuous learning of new devices.
- Proactive monitoring of all network devices, services, and servers using a combination of tools to ensure high availability.
- Collect and review network utilization data for capacity and planning purposes.
- Assist in developing, implementing, testing, and maintaining disaster recovery plans.
- Interface with vendors for procurement & maintenance of all IT infrastructures.
- Manage & troubleshoot network and Internet connectivity throughout the organization. Work closely with the fellow tech team members to provide end-user support and issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.
- Research, evaluate and recommend technologies to support business requirements.
- Rigorously create and maintain documentation for all processes and procedures.
