Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Managing Director in scheduling and organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as the point of contact between the Managing Director and internal departments or external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
- Interact with external clients and partners.
- Coordinate project-based work and ensure that all projects are delivered on time.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, senior executive coordinator, or in other secretarial positions.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and Office management software
- Proficiency in English; second language a plus.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
