Description:
Responsibilities
providing administrative support to the direct supervisor by completing tasks such as: (scheduling meetings - processing/forwarding calls, managing conference calls - travel reservations).
Ensures that all attendees are informed of the meeting agenda and schedules, ensuring they are aligned with the attendees' agenda.
Contributes to coordination with relevant stakeholders to prepare files and information needed by the direct manager.
Contributes to the preparation of requests and documents received by the direct supervisor according to priority.
Performs any other tasks assigned by direct superiors
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
1 minimum years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
· have an experience in dealing with government platforms
time management and priorities management
Written and Excellent verbal communication skills
solving problems and decision making
Logistical and administrative coordination
Document management and archiving
