Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative in Freight Forwarding to join our team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with remote work opportunities across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling freight forwarding services, managing shipments, and ensuring smooth customs clearance processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing relationships with clients.
• Selling freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Coordinating freight shipments with carriers.
• Ensuring on-time delivery and managing the customs clearance process.
• Collaborating with internal teams and customers to optimize service and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their freight and logistics needs.
• Negotiate with carriers and vendors to provide cost-effective and reliable shipping solutions.
• Manage end-to-end shipment coordination, including required documentation and customs compliance.
• Provide ongoing client support throughout the sales process and shipment lifecycle, resolving any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in freight forwarding sales, logistics management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with freight forwarding software and systems is preferred.
