Qualifications

• Arabic speaking
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Coffee / Confectionary Industry for Sales Manager
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Coffee / Confectionary Industry for Sales Representative
• Valid Driving License
• Experience in handling clientele related to Coffee shops/Restaurants/Hotels.
• Proven experience as a sales representative or relevant role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Arabic Language
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations and meeting sales quotas
• Ability to understand customer needs and handle different types of personalities
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and develop positive relationships with team members and clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
