Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Research:
- Dive deep into potential partners, conducting meticulous research to pinpoint ideal collaborations.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with partners to foster long-term success.
Negotiate and Finalize Agreements:
- Showcase your negotiation prowess to skillfully finalize partnership agreements.
Collaborate Across Functions:
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract finalization.
Optimize Ongoing Partnerships:
- Monitor and optimize existing partnerships for mutual success.
Execute Partnerships:
- Ensure the seamless execution of partnerships, making sure they progress smoothly and partners are satisfied.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially marketing and PR, for seamless partnership implementation.
Effective Communication:
- Clearly communicate partnership details to relevant departments within the organization.
Marketing Plan Development:
- Develop and execute marketing plans to support partnership initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in partnership development and management.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with video game trends and key players in the industry.
