Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Chef role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations of our facility, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for managing and training the kitchen staff, ensuring food safety and hygiene regulations are being followed, and maintaining inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role
  • Exceptional knowledge of culinary techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management
  • Ability to manage and train kitchen staff, as well as delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high culinary standards
  • Experience in menu planning, inventory management, and food cost control
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Experience in international cuisine is a plus
  • Ability to travel and relocate
