Description:
. Handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and direct inquiries.
⚫ Schedule and manage calendars, including meetings and appointments.
⚫ Organize internal and external meetings to ensure smooth execution.
. Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the general manager.
• Prepare detailed meeting agendas and daily plans.
. Follow up on meeting action items to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Maintain and organize crucial documents, files, and records, ensuring utmost confidentiality.
• Ensure the accuracy and security of all sensitive information.
• Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders, fostering effective communication.
Requirements
⚫ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A secretarial course is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting C-Suite or similar positions. • Exceptional ability to organize and multitask effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with calendar management tools.
