Job Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and edit emails, reports, and other documents on behalf of executives.
Meeting Coordination:
- Organise and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Information Management:
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage and organise electronic and physical documents efficiently.
Task Prioritisation:
- Prioritise tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth workflow for the executive team.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise.
Qualifications:
- Saudi national with fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
