Esim Support Engineer

Description:

We are looking for an experienced eSIM Support professional to join our Client team in Riyadh. This role involves working with Unix/Linux, scripting, network administration, and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure solutions on hardware/VMware.
- Integrate with customer backend/core network.
- Develop technical documentation and acceptance plans.
- Provide technical support for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid services.
- Optimize service reliability, performance, and security.
- Lead tier II support and assist with production requirements.
- Participate in 24/7 shift rotation.

Key Requirements:
- 1+ year experience with Linux systems (basic commands: ps, netstat, rsync, netcat, umask).
- Proficiency in Shell, Python, or Perl for task automation.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecom, or related field.
