Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Innovation Brains for Information Technology. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous track record of achieving or surpassing the Revenue goals and Targets in the assigned geography.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling ERP Solutions / Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
- Experience in the Saudi market is a must.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Adept at Sales strategies with a proven track record to plan and execute them.
- Ensure and align strategies for developing business and meet organizational sales objectives
- Setting up Sales process and drive desired sales outcome and assisting organization achieve new logos and growth
- Keeps track of market activities and pulse of Microsoft ecosystem and provide key inputs to management
- 1Must have worked with the Delivery and Pre-Sales team closely whilst working on deals for closures. Should have the ability to provide a first level product demos to prospects.
- Provide inputs to marketing team aligned with the partner programs
- Must be willing to travel based on business needs.
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Information Technology sales
- Knowledge of IT products and services
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
