About the Role:
As a Purchaser, you will play a key role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring machine spare parts. You’ll manage the procurement process, build long-term supplier relationships, and drive cost-saving initiatives—all while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and evaluate suppliers for machine spare parts based on quality, price, delivery time, and reliability.
Negotiate contracts and purchase orders to secure the best terms.
Oversee the entire procurement process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for long-term collaboration.
Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Resolve issues such as delays, quality defects, or discrepancies during procurement.
Maintain detailed records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the machine spare parts industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services.
Fluency in Arabic, English, and Turkish is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations.
Experience with construction equipment parts.
