Epm Consultant

Description:

Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the configuration and customization of Oracle EPM modules, specifically Tax Reporting and Strategic Modeling, to meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
Technical Development: Develop and maintain system scripts, rules, and reports. Integrate data from various sources to enhance EPM functionality, ensuring a seamless flow of accurate information for strategic modeling and tax reporting.
Tax Reporting Management: Configure and manage EPM’s Tax Reporting module, supporting tax planning, reporting, and compliance requirements, while providing solutions for tax-related queries and analysis.
Strategic Modeling: Implement and optimize Strategic Modeling solutions to aid long-term financial planning, risk assessment, and scenario analysis.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, tax, and IT teams to align EPM functionalities with business objectives. Facilitate smooth integrations with ERP systems for accurate data synchronization.
Training & Documentation: Develop user training materials and system documentation for EPM modules, ensuring end-users understand processes and can fully leverage system capabilities.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle EPM, with a focus on Tax Reporting and Strategic Modeling.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle EPM (Tax Reporting and Strategic Modeling modules).
Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL, MDX, or Groovy) for custom reports and rules.
Familiarity with ERP integration processes, particularly with Oracle ERP systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to interpret complex financial information and build effective models for strategic decision-making.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with stakeholders and translate technical information into business language.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple EPM projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
