Epc Marine Technical/civils Manager

Description:

We are seeking a quickly available, degree qualified, Marine/Civils Technical Manager to work in Dammam on a major Desalination and Marine Sea Outfall project involving 2kms of submersible marine pipelines and many kms of land based pipelines.

You will have knowledge of civil/marine design review and the EPC Construction of major Marine Sea Outfall and pipeline projects associated with large desalination/RO projects. You will, on top of your Marine expertise, be a superior communicator capable of setting KPI’s for the Chinese Contractor on site as well as managing the relationship with the design consultants in Europe and the Owners Engineer in the GCC region.

This is an immediate start role for a minimum of 12 months but likely to extend during construction phase.
