Enterprise Architect For Governance

Description:

Architectural Policies and Standards:
- Develop and implement architectural policies and standards aligned with business goals and regulations.
- Establish governance frameworks across business, information, application, technology, and security architecture using TOGAF and PMI frameworks.
- Manage the Alfabet repository and integrate with LeanIX for centralized architecture oversight.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, such as SAMA.
- Identify and mitigate architectural risks, embedding controls and monitoring mechanisms.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards for compliance tracking and reporting.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and leadership to ensure governance adherence.
- Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB) to align proposed changes with strategic goals.
- Work with business and IT leaders to align enterprise architecture with digital transformation initiatives.

Automation and Efficiency:
- Automate governance processes, compliance tracking, and CI/CD pipelines with DevOps tools.
- Utilize LeanIX and Alfabet to streamline governance and monitor architecture changes.
- Refine processes to eliminate inefficiencies and adapt to organizational needs.

Lifecycle Management:
- Define and update architectural roadmaps to align with business strategies and technology evolution.
- Oversee architectural portfolios to ensure projects meet strategic goals.
- Govern technology investments to optimize resources and reduce duplication.

Experience and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture with a focus on governance, compliance, and risk management, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.
- Proficiency in tools like LeanIX, Alfabet, and frameworks such as TOGAF and PMI.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and automation in governance processes.
