Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize scalable OpenShift solutions to meet the bank's business requirements.
Ensure performance, security, and compliance of the OpenShift environment.
Provide strategic guidance to development and operations teams on OpenShift implementation and best practices.
Promote an agile environment focused on efficient DevOps processes.
Lead the integration of OpenShift with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability with digital banking services.
Align integration strategies with emerging fintech trends and technologies.
Contribute to the bank’s hybrid cloud strategy by designing and implementing on-premises and cloud solutions.
Utilize OpenShift and automation tools to enhance scalability, performance, and interoperability.
Assist in migrating legacy systems to cloud-based solutions as required.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues within OpenShift and Kubernetes environments to maintain high service availability and reliability.

Requirements:
Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including container orchestration, deployment, and management.
Proficiency in OpenShift with a solid understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), both on-premises and off-premises. Familiarity with migrating legacy systems to cloud-native environments is essential.
Strong experience with automation
Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals.
Preference for candidates with TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively identify and address technical challenges.
Strong experience with automationn tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins for streamlined deployments.
In-depth knowledge of network configurations, security protocols, and industry compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).
Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices is highly desirable.
