Provide leadership to the engineering department and manage the delivery of engineering management services to customers (Subsidiaries & Ma’aden) regarding projects as part of the Engineering and Project Management Team.
Resolve customer issues and develop services as set forth by the engineering charter.
Reassures that the engineering functions conform to Ma’aden quality systems and procedures as documented.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
Min. 10 Years - Engineering profession and management experience whereof 08 years in a broad technical field of experience with software/firmware engineering management.
Managing technical personnel
Knowledge of engineering specifications and/or applicable industry standards & codes
