Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the engineering department and manage the delivery of engineering management services to customers (Subsidiaries & Ma’aden) regarding projects as part of the Engineering and Project Management Team.
• Resolve customer issues and develop services as set forth by the engineering charter.
• Reassures that the engineering functions conform to Ma’aden quality systems and procedures as documented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
• Min. 10 Years - Engineering profession and management experience whereof 08 years in a broad technical field of experience with software/firmware engineering management.
• Managing technical personnel
• Knowledge of engineering specifications and/or applicable industry standards & codes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
