Description:

Coordination with the project team to review completed tasks, assess remaining phases, ensure adherence to the project's scope, approved project management standards, quality specifications, and manage change processes based on established plans.

Responsibilities:

Strong experience in vertical building ( Towers ) In KSA

Avoid project risks and expect any unforeseen future problems

Monitor the work plan according to the project's timeline.

Recommend contractors and get their quotes approved by management.

Follow up on the movement of required materials for the project and ensure their availability on-site.

Oversee the execution of all work items and receive them from contractors with signed acceptance documents for each item upon completion.

Submit a weekly report to management in addition to providing daily photo updates of the work schedule on-site.

Ensure the project's final delivery date is met without any unjustified delays approved by the owner and management.

Pay full attention to monitoring the general appearance of the workforce and maintaining site cleanliness.

Prepare final site survey plans, submit them, and get them approved by management.

Monitor the flow of supplies to the project, ensuring they proceed correctly as per the project's defined plan.

Develop a supply work plan, specifying appropriate deadlines for each item, and adhere to these dates.

Present a weekly work plan and ensure its implementation by the project supervisor.

Follow up on the project's shop drawings with the technical office.

Conduct a comprehensive inventory of all project works.

Provide a detailed supply schedule for the project after sample approvals.

Submit As-Built drawings for all project works and hand them over to management (Maintenance Department).

The engineer is responsible for completing tasks on time, meeting quality requirements, and considering cost efficiency.
