Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with expertise in System III maintenance to join our team. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of System III equipment by conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in System III maintenance, at least 2 years of relevant experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on System III equipment in line with scheduled maintenance plans.
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot faults, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of System III equipment.
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing disruptions to production.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance efficiency in System III maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, track equipment performance data, and manage spare parts inventory.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior maintenance staff on best practices for maintaining System III equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably with System III equipment.
