We are looking for a passionate and experienced Employee Care Specialist, preferably with experience in handling large numbers of employees, ideally from retail or outsource companies.

Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

• Issue Letters & Documents requested to process employee’s requirements (Sponsorship transfer, Reference Letter for Banks, government, rental, experience certificate, service termination, salary change, transfers ECT.
• Maintain classified & updated Employee file and to send all original documents related to employee record to HO to update employees Information in the personnel division program.
• Control & check the attendance sheet, absenteeism, Delay & violations events and apply appropriate penalties as described in company policy.
• Follow & coordinate with HO to ensure Add/Delete Saudi employee to Social Insurance list, and Update employee record at labor office (Addition/Deletion).
• Follow & report work injury in the region and transfer injured employees to approved hospital.
• Follow & coordinate with Administration Division to perform all tasks related to Passport office (re-entry visa, exit visa, sponsorships transfer, family member addition, profession change, Iqama renewal, … etc. )
• Receive employee’s family recruitment request and ensure its consistency with company policy and finalize related documents procedures.
• Coordinate & Follow with Administration Section to grant entry visa to other country, receive approved re-allocation, exit, contract/ benefit change requests and ensure the provision of requested approval and calculate the settlements.
• Ensure the clearance procedures on event of vacation, end of Service & business trip is done as per approved Forms.
