Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance and Control: Monitor all electrical installations, systems, and equipment to ensure they meet project specifications and relevant electrical codes and standards.

2. Inspection and Testing: Conduct detailed inspections, tests, and verifications of electrical systems, components, and materials to identify non-compliance issues.

3. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and any non-conformance reports. Prepare and submit inspection reports and documentation to project management and stakeholders.

4. Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work complies with industry regulations and safety standards. Collaborate with project teams to rectify any non-compliance issues.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement corrective actions, as needed.

6. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and hazards related to electrical systems and equipment and make recommendations for mitigation.

7. Training: Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for project personnel to enhance their understanding of quality and compliance requirements.

8. Continuous Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of QA/QC processes and procedures, incorporating best practices and industry advancements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Relevant certifications related to electrical inspections and quality control (e.g., CQE, ASQ, or equivalent) preferred.

- Proven experience as a QA/QC Electrical Inspector in the infrastructure field.

- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards, including NEC, NESC, IEEE, and others.

- Familiarity with inspection tools, equipment, and techniques.

- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify and document non-conformance issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional project teams.

- Proficiency in relevant software and documentation tools.

- Commitment to safety and quality.
