Description:
• Develop and implement strategies for Accounting, HR&A, and ICT to align with company goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in shared services.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement robust financial controls and risk management practices.
• Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build a skilled workforce.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote a positive organizational culture.
• Oversee the development and implementation of IT strategies to support business operations.
• Ensure data security, system integrity, and technological innovation.
• Foster collaboration between shared services functions and SBUs and other corporate functions.
• Implement best practices and standardize processes across shared services functions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Ensure that shared services deliver high-quality, cost-effective support to the business.
Communications & Working Relationships:
• Internal: Executive Leadership Team, Regular updates and strategic alignment on shared services
initiatives, Department Heads, collaborate on cross-functional projects and initiatives, Employees,
Provide support and ensure effective communication of HR, IT, and finance policies.
• External: Regulatory Bodies, ensure compliance with financial, labor, and IT regulations, Vendors
and Service Providers, Manage relationships and negotiate contracts for outsourced services,
Professional Networks, Engage with industry groups and professional organizations to stay abreast of best practices.
