Responsibilities:
- Engage in the day-to-day management of online store activities, encompassing product display, promotional efforts, logistical coordination, and customer assistance, to ensure seamless operations and achievement of objectives.
- Formulate and execute plans to enhance online retail performance, keeping a close eye on site metrics and consumer insights for strategic planning.
- Employ SEO techniques to evaluate, refine, and elevate content for better online presence and sales growth.
- Oversee and propel forward sales and customer satisfaction initiatives on platforms such as Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Be a passionate advocate for e-commerce with an entrepreneurial mindset, contributing to the vibrancy of a youthful, energetic team in a rapidly expanding enterprise.
- Refine and maintain product listings for precision, uniformity, and SEO optimization.
- Create, manage and observe product listing across marketplaces like Amazon, Noon, and Alibaba.
- Initiate and manage product uploads and listings, ensuring smooth integration across both Seller and Vendor profiles.
- Monitor and uphold superior account health status, vigilantly identifying and addressing any concerns.
- Closely monitor product reviews and queries, swiftly responding to customer inquiries to preserve high levels of satisfaction and interaction.
Educational and Skill Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in the e-commerce or digital marketing arena, with a successful history in enhancing online sales.
- Expertise in SEO and keyword optimization is essential.
- Highly analytical mindset with a knack for deciphering sales data and market tendencies.
- Outstanding communication abilities and a commitment to superior customer service.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platform tools such as Alibaba, Amazon, Noon, etc., is preferred.
- Possession of digital marketing, SEO, or platform-specific certifications is a plus.
