Role Overview
This role provides Document Management Interface and Integration support for the NEOM Spine Project. Under the direction of the Interface Manager, the Interface & Integration Document Controller will perform document management, reporting, and tracking of interface related documents and trackers.
Essential Job Duties
- 40% upload, distribution, distribution of the ACONEX workflow process
- The reporting of EPM documents within Aconex platform or directed from the interface team personnel.
- 25% supervision of the EPM interface project diary which allows the booking of meetings via Microsoft Teams or physical meeting rooms.
- 20% general administration duties
- 15% supervision of interface trackers
Basic Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 5 or more years’ experience in document/records management.
- Must have intermediate to advanced experience using Aconex. Experience must have been obtained within the past three years.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and be considered competent with generating pivot tables, graphical representation etc.
- Must be able to demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency using standard office automation tools, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize assigned document management tasks.
- Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Have ability to work flexibly and collaboratively across all levels of the organisation
- Must be flexible and able to accept and quickly adapt to changes in work focus
Preferred Qualifications
- A thorough knowledge of the Bechtel organisation is highly desirable
- At least 5 years experience using Aconex
