Description:
1. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
2. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all Business Unit operations
3. Monitor and analyze Business Unit performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
4. Develop and implement training programs for Business Unit staff
5. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Business Unit
6. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty and revenue
7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
9. Develop and manage the Business Unit budget
10. Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve customer satisfaction
11. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and loyalty
12. Monitor and evaluate staff performance and provide feedback and coaching

Create management pipeline by developing employees
Conduct performance assessments, provide feedback, and set goals to improve performance
Lead with situational leadership to secure high employee engagement
Execute Performance Improvement Plans when needed
Create an environment where all team members feel valued, respected and purposeful
Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational
methods and procedures
