Our company is a publicly traded company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are having a wholesales, retail and project sectors. We are looking for an eCommerce Director to join our Company. You will be responsible for offering our products to our customers across all eCommerce platforms. Developing and implementing marketing strategies for effective eCommerce management will also be your responsibility. Your ability to manage all online marketing activities using effective SEO/SEM techniques will be an asset.
You should also be able to coordinate with the Web Design and Digital Marketing Team to meet customer expectations. Further, you will be required to suggest new improvement measures to increase user engagement and online sales. Your responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and training of new recruits.
You should be able to plan and create promotional offers and campaigns for social media platforms. Besides, you should assist in budgeting, inspecting standardized metrics, and reviewing checkout pages of our eCommerce sites.
Role Description
- Managing and supervising the eCommerce division effectively
- Offering suggestions for website development and designing.
- Collaborating with web designers as well as graphic designers for all marketing assets
- Conducting thorough research about new developments in the eCommerce sector
- Coordinating and keeping the senior management abreast of all operations
- Preparing and assigning work schedules to the web merchandising team
- Ensuring completion of tasks and company targets
- Developing marketing strategies and reviewing sales performance on a timely basis
- Approaching and collaborating with Content Creators to generate online traffic.
- Using effective SEO/SEM techniques to maximize search engine traffic.
- Undertaking quality assurance checks
- Reviewing any legal eCommerce marketing procedures
- Creating performance reports monthly
- Orchestrates ecommerce strategies, best practices, and customer relationships.
- Facilitates operations, fulfillment, digital merchandising, and digital marketing.
- Establishes and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on return on investment (ROI).
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with key online retailers/partners.
- Plans, executes, and evaluates product launches.
- Implements demand forecasting, budgeting, and profit and loss management.
- Develops recommendations for promotional activity enhancements and product offerings.
- Collaborates with the brand team on blogging, email, social media, etc., to identify areas for growth and conversion.
- Leverages the power of influencers with the public relations team to drive new customers and direct purchases on-site.
- Proposes creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads.
- Tests new approaches to capturing existing demand.
- Connects departments, including sales, marketing, customer service, operations, and finance, to solve problems and improve the customer experience.
