Description:

• Manage one of the largest Risk Engineering accounts and programs in the region.

• Work closely with other Engineers and leadership to ensure program being delivered is best in class and that services are promoted across other sectors.

• Manage the budget and revenue delivery for this account (and others in the country if this becomes applicable)

• Construction Risk engineering surveys: This is the base offering of Risk Engineering, and it is crucial to successful placement of insurance within the construction insurance industry. A survey consists of a typically 2-3 day visit to a project, interviews with key management teams and site tours. The output is an engineering report which details;
• Description of the site e.g., construction materials, occupancies, exposures.
• An overview of the Project management processes and controls
• An analysis of Loss Prevention/Mitigation features (Fire/ Flood protection features, QA/QC processes, Permit to Work, On Site Risk Assessments etc.)
• A ranking of the quality of the site and recommendations for improvement
• Estimation of possible property damage based on technical standards and guidelines
