Director- Energy & Utilities

Description:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Extensive experience in the energy sector, including leadership roles in energy policy, project management, or business development.

In-depth knowledge of energy markets, technologies, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.

Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex energy projects on time, within budget, and to specification.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

Experience working in Riyadh or the Saudi Arabian market is highly desirable.
